Week 1, Day 3

The husband and I started a Couch to 5k program and tomorrow is our 3rd day running this week.  I am almost looking forward to it.  We have been getting about 2 1/2 miles in 31 mins including 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down.
My goal is to be able to at least jog a whole 5k without stopping to walk.  I really would like to get to that point this summer but if I start to enjoy running more I will take that as a victory.
