Yes, you in the minivan. If you have to cut me off pulling on to the road (even though no one was behind me), you might have the common curtesy to NOT drive 15 MPH UNDER the speed limit! I don't care if you have 4 screaming brats in your vehicle - that is not the world's problem. Since I have your attention I just want to let you know when you turn around to talk to your monsters, you kinda swerve all over the road.
