First Run

The husband and I said we were going to start running when the time changed so we could run at night and it would still be light.  Today was day #1.  I downloaded an app for my phone - Ease into 5K.
I like the app because it tells us when to run and walk and keeps track of the miles with GPS.

My only real goal is to get healthy and enjoy running more but it would be nice if I could get my 5K time under 30 minutes (partly because the husband promised my Game Worn Sylvain Turgeon Whalers Jersey if I can do that).
